TERMS and CONDITIONS
Ride Mongolia Offroad LLC is dedicated to ensuring your experience is both enjoyable and memorable, with utmost emphasis on your safety and well-being. It is imperative that you carefully review these terms and conditions. By placing an order, purchasing, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Bookings are made with the understanding that the client recognizes the inherent risks associated with adventure travel. Ride Mongolia (Ride Mongolia Offroad LLC) retains the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at its discretion, without prior notice. Any alterations shall take effect immediately. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, both "Ride Mongolia Offroad LLC" (referred to as 'Company') and "You" (referred to as 'TOUR PARTICIPANT' or 'CLIENT') acknowledge and accept these terms as a legally binding contract between Ride Mongolia Offroad LLC and the individual participant.
Reservation and Payment Terms
1.1 To confirm your booking, a deposit of £1500 is required at the time of reservation. This deposit will be deducted from the total tour cost. The remaining balance must be settled at least 60 days prior to the tour commencement date. Payments are to be made via bank transfer, with all associated bank charges for international transfers borne by the Client.
1.2 Before commencing the tour, a £500 security deposit is mandatory to cover any potential damages to the motorcycle or loss/damage of provided gear. This deposit will be fully refunded upon completion of the tour and can be paid upon arrival in Ulaanbaatar.
1.3 All payments are to be made in Pound (£).
1.4 Once the tour commences, no refunds or returns will be entertained by the Company, except as explicitly outlined in this agreement.
1.4.1 Failure to arrive punctually for the tour commencement absolves the Company from any refund obligations or rescheduling arrangements.
1.4.2 Should a Client arrive late for the tour and subsequently request to join after the commencement, an additional charge of £500 will be levied for transportation to reach the touring group in the countryside.
1.5 Cancellation Policy by the Client
1.5.1 Cancellations made between 30-60 days before the tour start date will result in a 50% retention of the tour price by the Company.
1.5.2 Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date will result in the full retention of the tour price by the Company.
1.5.3 All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
1.6 Cancellation Policy by the Company
1.6.1 Each tour requires a minimum of four riders. A review will be conducted one month prior to departure, and if the minimum rider count is not met, a full refund will be issued to registered riders. The Company holds no liability beyond providing a full refund of the amount paid.
Responsibilities of the client
2.1 Clients must acknowledge and adhere to the authority of the tour lead riders. The Company and tour lead riders bear no responsibility for incidents or accidents resulting from unwise personal actions.
2.2 The Client acknowledges that participating in the tour carries inherent risks, and therefore agrees to assume full responsibility for their own safety throughout the duration of the trip.
2.3 The Client is solely responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, and the Company bears no liability for any loss or damage to such property.
2.4 It is the Client's responsibility to obtain all necessary visas and vaccinations required for the tour.
2.5 The Client must adhere to all laws and customs of Mongolia. In the event of non-compliance, failure to provide necessary documents, or any delays caused by the Client's actions, the Client shall be responsible for any associated costs incurred.
2.6 The Client must possess a valid passport and driving license.
2.7 Should the Client fail to obtain a visa, be unable to board their flight to Mongolia, or be denied entry into the country, the Company shall not be held liable for any refund.
2.8 The Client affirms that they are physically fit to complete the tour itinerary and do not have any health conditions that could jeopardize their own safety or that of others.
2.9 Clients suffering from any illness, disability, or undergoing medical treatment must formally declare such conditions to the Company. It is the Client's responsibility to make arrangements for necessary medications and treatments during the tour. Failure to inform the Company constitutes a breach of contract, and the Company will not be liable for any refunds in such cases.
2.10 The Mongolian government enforces a zero-tolerance policy on alcohol consumption. Clients are strongly advised not to consume alcohol excessively the night before the tour begins, as police in Ulaanbaatar may confiscate the motorcycle if the rider registers a positive alcohol reading.
2.11 The motorcycle assigned to the Client remains their responsibility until it is returned at the conclusion of the tour. The Client must refrain from allowing unauthorized individuals to sit on or operate the motorcycle.
2.12 The Company reserves the right to charge the Client for any damage incurred to the motorcycle. Repair costs for accidental damage will be assessed and provided to the Client, with genuine Yamaha parts charged at retail prices.
2.13 Clients are prohibited from making any modifications to the motorcycle, except for adjustments to the foot brake lever or handlebars. Factory settings must not be tampered with.
2.14 If the Client deviates from the main track without prior permission from the tour lead rider, they accept full responsibility for any damage sustained by the motorcycle during such excursions, including tire punctures.
2.15 Should any repairs or adjustments be necessary during the tour, the Client must promptly notify the tour lead rider.
